HOW DO I GET STARTED?

We currently live in a time of abundance! It’s so easy to get the next need to have item, and forget our long history of other “need to haves”. This leads to a full closet, a full room, a full apartment, a full garage, full house and then A FULL HEAD. Leaving us full of stress. This accumulation of things is what we call clutter. Without even knowing this clutter takes up room in your space, your time and most importantly your mind. With so many possessions it’s natural to lose track of what you own, or if it still fits your needs.

Luckily clutter is physical, and with my help can be dealt with deceptively easily, leading to an improved sense of well-being.  Check out my Decluttering Checklist.

Consultations are FREE, we can meet online or in-person, as long as I'm able to see your space.  

We'll clearly define your goals to organize small & big spaces, personal motivation and set a timeline.

WHERE DOES THE ORGANIZATION HAPPEN?

All Sessions take place in your space (home, office or workshop). I work in the Montreal region but feel free to reach out to me to see if I can make it work for you.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION

WE

Identify - what is "keep", “gift”, "donate", "recycle", "trash"

Simplify - everything dealing with your five identified groups.

Unify - like things together, create systems, order and optimize.

Modify - how you arrange your curated items so that your space remains optimized; in other words, "zero-state"

WHAT IS 'ZERO-STATE'?

Zero-State is when your space is perfectly tidy. Everything is put away where it should be and ready for the next day!

 

Of course, what you keep is completely up to you. You are the only one who can decide your "zero-state" and how you want to live.
